More of a tip rather then a guide, but this should definetly help you get a lower time
When next to a spring facing any direction except left or right, hit B right next to it. Your hammer's impact upon the spring will send you flying really high! This technique is useless for most of the springs in the level, but there are several locations where using this tecnique can really cut 20 or more seconds off your time. Find them!
